Shipping and Processing

Our Full Blood Wagyu meat is dry-aged for 14 to 18 days, USDA graded and certified, carefully cut, and trimmed. Each cut of meat is vacuum-sealed, marked with the cut and weight and then put into freezers and stored frozen at -29 degrees Fahrenheit, ensuring you will be getting the freshest Wagyu possible.

Hawks Hill Ranch Wyoming can ship anywhere in the United States by overnight or 2-day air. Your Wagyu is carefully packed with ice packs and will arrive still frozen.

Thawing and Preparation

We recommend storing your Wagyu in the freezer if you do not plan to prepare it right away.

When thawing, to preserve the texture of the meat, we recommend removing it from the vacuum-sealed package
